Growing up in Argentina, I lived and breathed asado — our sacred grilling tradition. But when I discovered Japanese hibachi techniques online, I realized this art didn't exist here. So I learned ironworking, built my first prototype in 2021, and never looked back. Today, every Japanese BBQ grill we make carries that same origin story.

What started in a small workshop has grown into Fuku Labs — 10 craftspeople producing 30–40 handmade grills monthly. Each japanese charcoal grill and korean bbq grill is built with 0.6-inch firebrick bases (resistant to 2,200°F), 7mm carbon steel grates, and the kind of attention to detail you only get when something is made by hand, not stamped out by machines.
